Excellent!

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Winkfields. As before, Andy was professional, polite, knowledgeable and had all the time I needed to look at the cars on hand. Never felt pressured! The car I bought was as stated - low mileage, clean and in good condition - just as was my previous purchase. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The service was great. The car was ready to be looked at when we arrived and Steve let us look around it on our own, with no pressure. He only came out to join us to answer the questions we had. Only had the car a week but so far all is good.

Outstanding service

I purchased an R172 Mercedes SLK from Winkfields. The service was outstanding !! Andy and Steve were great. Andy even had an SLK manual sent to my home address !! Now that is service. No normal salesman rubbish from them just straight talking with a sense of humour No pressure in buying just left alone appropriately to inspect the vehicle and to test drive. Great service 5-star service.

From start to finish totally professional

We bought a Range Rover Vogue 4.4 overfinch. It was heavily discounted and superbly handled by Andy and Steve. I would recommend this company to anybody. If you want a hassle-free professional deal these are the guys to go to! If it says it in the advert you can guarantee it is correct! Honest, respectful professionals! I can’t thank them enough!

Winkfields were friendly and open in their dealings gaining my confidence in their discussions and business with me. There was no pressure to buy and questions were answered frankly in detail. There was a good safe test drive circuit for a test drive from and back to the garage. Free delivery of some 80 miles was readily agreed saving me much inconvenience and time. I would be happy to highly recommend them.

Andrew was extremely helpful and friendly. He was not too pushy with the sale, he gave us the information regarding the cars and let us have time to think and look around. He put me at ease as a first-time car buyer.

10/10 Customer skills.

Today I was visiting the Post Office opposite Winkfields, my car battery went flat (not a car supplied by them), the guy who was working in the sales office put aside what he was doing and helped me by jump starting my car. I am very grateful to him as I was upset and frustrated at being stranded.

Brought a lovely 12 plate Fiesta 3 months ago for my daughter ( who subsequently passed her test in it ),  Andy wasn't a pushy salesman at all, after a test drive we paid a small deposit & purchased it. When we picked it up it was cleaned & valeted, we received a 3 month warranty with it, great for peace of mind. 3 months exactly after, the car developed a small electrical fault, I was worried about having issues involving the warranty, but I needn't have worried, Steve was more than happy for me to have the car fixed at a garage I knew locally & promptly reimbursed me at the end.

We had a great experience on Saturday buying our new car from Winkfields. Andy was passionate and energetic, talked us through the various options, allowing us to explore various cars. Great service - we’re very happy with our new car.

From seeing the ad for the X3, to speaking with Andy, to visiting during the week and then collecting on the weekend the whole process was seamless. I can’t thank Andy enough, he listened to my requests and in turn I bought a lovely used BMW for my wife who is equally happy, happy wife easy life. Thanks Andy. Excellent service from Winkfields. Andy replied very promptly to my email queries and both Andy and Steve were really helpful. They left us to look at the car in our own time. The car was well presented and the paperwork was in order. There was no pressure to buy and we were left to look round at the other cars. I phoned and arranged to view two Fiesta's, on arrival they had both been cleaned & were beautifully presented, absolutely no pressure from Andy at all.  An excellent experience and a pleasure to deal with. We were looking for a specific car for my son and already had other similar cars in mind elsewhere. Based on the reviews, the description of the car and location we decided to ‘just have a look’. There was no pressure at all and we were left to look over the car at our leisure. The car exceeded our expectation. It came with all the paperwork, was well presented and in great condition for its age. The test drive sealed it.
There were a couple of teething problems that materialized soon after picking the car up, which they were not to know about. It can happen. However, Andy and Steve were very helpful and quick to resolve the issues. We drove away as very satisfied customers. We would have no hesitation in using Winkfields again.
